Responsibilities

Support the site operations team in the review, verification, and coordination of BIM deliverables submitted by the contractor.Ensure all BIM models, drawings, and data received are compliant with the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and relevant appendicesAssist in coordinating and tracking the contractor’s BIM progress and reporting any deviations or non-conformities to the Resident EngineerConduct basic model reviews and clash detection exercises to confirm spatial coordination and highlight design or construction interface issuesSupport the implementation of digital processes, data exchange protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives across site-based activitiesA working knowledge of AEC software platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bentley, Dynamo, etc.) to support modelling and coordination tasks.Arrange, chair, and document regular BIM coordination and review meetings with the contractor and client representatives, ensuring that outstanding issues, model updates, and deliverable schedules are clearly tracked and communicated.Assist in maintaining a digital record of approved models, datasets, and associated correspondence to support project traceability and audit requirements.

Requirements
