BIM HVAC Modeler

Role Description The BIM HVAC Modeler will be responsible for developing detailed HVAC models within Building Information Modeling (BIM) environments, ensuring accuracy and coordination with other disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, creating and updating 3D models, and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design information to maintain clash-free, constructible models. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to support design reviews, technical submissions, and on-site installation coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring consistent interaction with project stakeholders and adherence to company standards and project timelines.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, with experience as a BIM Modeler for HVAC or related systems.Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, including the ability to integrate HVAC designs with other building services.Ability to read, interpret, and develop detailed construction drawings, ensuring alignment between design documents and BIM models.Fundamental understanding of architecture and building systems to support multidisciplinary coordination within project models.Experience with industry-standard BIM/CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and familiarity with clash detection workflows.Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HVAC modeling.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a project-driven environment.Effective communication skills in English; prior experience in GCC projects or similar regional standards is an advantage.
