BIM Lead / Coordinator – Interior Design (Dubai, UAE)Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator – Interior Design to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and seamless collaboration between design and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate BIM Project Federation.Responsible of BIM workflow.Manage and maintain BIM execution plan and ensure the team complies with it.Implement BIM Project Standards.Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings.Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures.Perform clash detectionDaily model management administration and maintenanceMonitor and Control BIM Weekly Progress Submissions, and coordinate the integration of models from different disciplines.Provides BIM training where neededLead creating high detailed and advanced familiesEnsure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlinesExtensive experience within Interior Design specificallyConfidence in managing a BIM teamClient facing – must be confident to discuss/respond during Client interactions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related disciplineMinimum 8 years of BIM experience, with strong exposure to interior design / fit-out projectsProficient in Revit (Interior/Architecture), Navisworks, and AutoCADStrong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and coordination processesExperience working on UAE or GCC projects is highly preferredAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and coordination skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiorsKnowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360 / ACC, or similar collaboration platformsFamiliarity with local authority requirements in Dubai
