BIM Manager

AABTEC is seeking an experienced and vision-driven BIM Manager to lead our BIM strategy and operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, coordination, and management of BIM methodologies across complex architectural and specialized engineering projects.Key Responsibilities- BIM Strategy & Implementation: Develop, execute, and enforce company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans ( BEP ).- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor BIM coordinators, modelers, and draftsmen across multiple projects.- Clash Detection & Coordination: Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination, resolve technical clashes, and ensure overall model integrity.- Process Optimization: Integrate advanced BIM technologies to drive project efficiency and streamline data management.Requirements1- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.2- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in BIM management, leading large-scale or complex architectural projects.3- LOD Progression: Demonstrated expertise in managing and overseeing Model Development & Improvement from LOD 300 to LOD 500 (As-Built & Facility Management stages).4- Software Mastery: Expert mastery of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) , and related industry tools.5- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional communication skills.
