China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting BIM Managers to join our technical team in newly awarded Large Scale projects in Dubai.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage multiple subcontractor modelsCoordinate all BIM reporting process for the project weekly & monthly with updated Temporary ,Logistics & Permanent in reporting 4D& 5DCreate BIM execution plan ,following project’s specifications, and work flow from LOD 250 till LOD 500 and handing over to FMMaintain and analyze federated model mainly for coordination purposesReview and analyze clash detection on federated model, Manage Communication of conflicts in model; both real and potentialSchedule and facilitate coordination meetings along with Technical and construction team, where ever requiredFacilitate subcontractor communication in and out of meetingsMeet with designers/owners as required to facilitate review of models as neededReview of Virtual Construction reportingCoordinate with BIM service providers and SubcontractorsCompile contract BIM close out documentationAssist project team with construction coordination and schedulingParticipate in job layout driven by 3D model dataManage all required procedures to Incorporate data into coordination processRequirementsBachelor's in Civil Engineering10+ Years of relevant work experience in Building projects
