BIM Manager – STP, SWRO and DCP Stations and Infrastructure

A BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager is responsible to creates, manages, and maintains digital 4D and 5D models of STP, SWRO and DCP station and infrastructure projects. These models contain detailed information about the projects design, construction, and performance, and are used throughout the projects life-cycle, from design and construction to operation and maintenance, and considered as a reference point throughout the construction process, allowing everyone involved to see exactly what needs to be done at any given time.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.10+ years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio of workProficiency in Autodesk Revit ,Navisworks, Autodesk Civil 3D with BIM platforms like BIM360,Trimble connectExcellent communication and presentation skillsEnglish- both written and verbal communicationHighly organized and detail oriented
