Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorkplace Type: OnsiteExperience: 7–12 YearsQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Engineering disciplineAbout PinnaclePinnacle Infotech is a global BIM and engineering solutions company with 30+ years of experience, 3,400+ professionals, 15,000+ projects across 43+ countries and 5,000+ clients.Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced BIM MEP Engineer with a strong Mechanical/Plumbing engineering background and hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks and Dynamo-based BIM automation.The candidate will be responsible for MEP BIM modelling, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, BIM QA/QC and development of automation workflows for complex building and infrastructure projects.Experience in airport/aviation projects will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.Perform MEP modelling, detailing, documentation and quantity take-offs.Coordinate MEP services with Architecture, Structure and other disciplines.Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.Prepare clash reports, coordination reports and support timely clash resolution.Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, constructability and compliance with project requirements.Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, parameters and BIM standards.Support preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans, project standards and QA/QC procedures.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients and other project stakeholders.Manage BIM models, issues and project documentation using ACC/BIM 360.Develop Dynamo scripts and automation workflows to improve BIM productivity and reduce repetitive manual processes.Use Revit API, C#, Python or other programming tools for BIM automation where applicable.Support BIM data extraction, parameter management, model auditing and automated QA/QC.Support 4D simulation, construction sequencing and BIM visualisation where required.Assist with asset information, COBie and O&M BIM deliverables where applicable.Coordinate with site/project teams to resolve MEP coordination and constructability issues.Required Skills & Experience7–12 years of relevant experience in MEP/BIM engineering.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Plumbing systems and their BIM modelling requirements.Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.Practical experience in Dynamo and BIM automation.Experience developing automation workflows using Dynamo, Revit API, C# or Python will be highly valued.Experience with ACC / BIM 360 for model coordination, issue management and document control.Strong understanding of BIM standards, model QA/QC, families, parameters and templates.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models and working with project stakeholders.Knowledge of UAE/GCC construction practices and MEP standards will be an advantage.Airport/aviation project experience is preferred.Targeting Criteria1.
