Established in 1954, KC opened its first international office in Dubai, U.A.E in 2004, and has since become prominent in the Middle East and Asia.This is a full-time Structural BIM Modeler position located in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3D BIM models for structural components (concrete, steel, foundations, etc.) in Revit, ensuring compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Produce coordinated structural drawings (GA, sections, details) from the BIM models for submission at various design stages (CD, SD, DD, IFC).Collaborate with Structural Engineers to reflect design intent accurately and adapt models as design progresses.Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and MEP models using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.Assist in LOD planning for each design phase and ensure models meet the expected LOD standards.Follow project-specific naming conventions, templates, and Revit family standards.Incorporate structural analysis outputs and adapt models based on structural calculations and engineer feedback.Maintain version control of BIM models and track revisions using project CDE (e.g., BIM 360, Aconex).Participate in design coordination meetings, model review sessions, and contribute to model QA/QC.Work with BIM Supervisor to optimize workflow, improve model efficiency, and contribute to internal BIM knowledge base.QualificationsDiploma in Structural Draughting or Engineering5+ years’ overall experience; minimum 3 years in UAEConsultancy experience is a mustFluent in English
