The work environment encourages professional development, attention to detail, and innovation in architectural and construction practices.Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements in coordination with project teams. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts and construction drawings into accurate 3D models, updating models to reflect design changes, and ensuring consistency with project standards. The BIM Modeler will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve coordination issues, support clash detection, and prepare model-based documentation and reports. The role also includes organizing model files, following established workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler in design or construction projects.Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to interpret and translate design intent into coordinated BIM models.Candidates should possess experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination within multidisciplinary project environments.Candidates should possess the ability to read, understand, and produce accurate Construction Drawings based on project specifications and standards.Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (such as Revit or similar software) and familiarity with common CAD applications.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site project team.Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Previous experience in Riyadh or regional construction projects is beneficial.
