About UNIMACUNIMAC is a leading construction and infrastructure contractor in Saudi Arabia, specializing in roads, highways, civil engineering, and large-scale infrastructure development.With extensive experience delivering complex projects across the Kingdom, UNIMAC plays an active role in supporting Saudi Arabia's infrastructure development and Vision 2030 objectives.About the RoleWe are looking for experienced BIM Modelers across multiple engineering disciplines to join our Digital Delivery team and support one of Saudi Arabia's major infrastructure projects.We are hiring across the following disciplines:Electrical BIM Modeler: Lighting, LV networks, electrical infrastructure, and telecommunications.Mechanical BIM Modeler: Wet utilities, irrigation, drainage, mechanical piping, and HVAC.Roads BIM Modeler: Road corridors, alignments, grading, earthworks, drainage, and civil infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for the assigned discipline.Produce coordinated construction drawings and LOD 500 as-built models.Coordinate with engineering teams to identify and resolve clashes.Develop BIM families, components, and automated workflows using Dynamo.Support asset information management, COBie documentation, and project handover.Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BEP, and ISO 19650.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Dynamo.Practical experience in LOD 500 / as-built modeling and multidisciplinary coordination.Knowledge of Navisworks, clash detection, and BIM standards.Familiarity with BIM asset data and COBie handover requirements.Previous experience on Saudi giga-projects is an advantage.
