1. BIM MODELER – MECHANICAL(HVAC / Plumbing / Firefighting)Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed 3D mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Create HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation and mechanical equipment layouts.Model plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.Develop firefighting layouts, including sprinkler networks, fire hose cabinets and associated equipment.Prepare mechanical shop drawings, coordinated layouts, sections and installation details.Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, structural and architectural models.Identify and resolve clashes using Autodesk Navisworks.Ensure proper routing, equipment clearances, access zones and maintenance requirements.Incorporate design revisions and site feedback into BIM models.Maintain model accuracy and comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.2. BIM MODELER – ELECTRICAL(Power / Lighting / ELV Systems)Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Model electrical containment systems, including cable trays, trunking and conduits.Prepare lighting layouts, power distribution and small power layouts.Model electrical equipment, panels, distribution boards and associated services.Develop ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, data, telephone, fire alarm and other low-current systems.Prepare electrical shop drawings, installation layouts, sections and detailed drawings.Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, structural and architectural models.Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues using Navisworks.Ensure proper routing, equipment accessibility and installation clearances.Update BIM models based on design changes, technical comments and site requirements.Maintain compliance with project specifications, electrical standards and BIM execution requirements.3. BIM MODELER – STRUCTURAL(Reinforced Concrete / Steel Structures)Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Model reinforced concrete elements, including foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs, walls and retaining structures.Model structural steel elements, including beams, columns, connections and secondary steel components.Prepare structural shop drawings, reinforcement details, sections and construction drawings.Interpret structural design drawings and specifications to develop accurate BIM models.Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.Identify structural and MEP clashes and support resolution during coordination meetings.Incorporate design modifications and construction-stage revisions into BIM models.Ensure dimensional accuracy, structural consistency and model quality.Support preparation of coordinated drawings and construction documentation.General Technical RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant BIM modelling experience in the respective discipline.Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit.Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for model review and clash detection.Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and multidisciplinary project requirements.Knowledge of LOD 300, 350 and 400 modelling requirements.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and construction details.Experience preparing shop drawings, coordinated drawings and construction documentation.Understanding of BIM standards, naming conventions, model sharing and documentation procedures.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience working on UAE-based construction, infrastructure, commercial, residential or high-rise building projects.Knowledge of UAE authority and project requirements relevant to the respective discipline.Experience in construction-stage BIM modelling and site coordination.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 and cloud-based collaboration platforms.Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments.DT Alliance Candidate Application Form
