Drawings and Model-Based DeliverablesProduce plans, profiles, sections, details, schedules, utility layouts, road layouts, grading plans, and other model-based drawing outputs.Support preparation of infrastructure shop drawings and construction drawings.Extract required information from coordinated BIM models for drawing production.Ensure drawings generated from models are consistent with the latest approved design information.Assist in preparing setting-out drawings, utility coordination drawings, drainage layouts, manhole schedules, chamber layouts, and interface drawings.Maintain consistency between BIM models and associated drawings.3. BIM Coordination and Clash DetectionParticipate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination activities.Coordinate infrastructure models with Civil, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Roads, Utilities, and specialist models.Review federated models and identify clashes, discrepancies, level conflicts, utility conflicts, and interface issues.Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM Collaborate.Update models based on approved coordination comments and clash resolutions.Maintain and close assigned BIM coordination issues.Escalate unresolved technical or coordination issues to the BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager and relevant discipline engineers.4. Survey and Coordinate ManagementWork with approved project coordinates, benchmarks, survey control, and site information.Ensure infrastructure models are correctly positioned using the approved coordinate system.Review survey information and incorporate approved survey data into the BIM model.Identify discrepancies between survey information, drawings, models, and site conditions.Support model updates based on verified site survey and as-built information.5. Shop Drawings and Construction SupportSupport the production of coordinated infrastructure shop drawings from approved BIM models.Prepare model views, sections, profiles, details, and schedules required for construction.Support RFIs and Technical Queries by providing relevant model views and technical information.Assist construction teams by providing model-based information and coordination outputs.Support constructability reviews by identifying obvious access, level, utility, and installation conflicts.Coordinate with engineering teams to incorporate approved technical changes into the model.6. As-Built and Digital HandoverUpdate infrastructure BIM models based on approved redlines, site mark-ups, survey information, and verified construction records.Maintain accurate as-built information throughout the project.Support preparation of asset and infrastructure information required for digital handover.Assist with asset data, utility network information, manhole/chamber information, and other required handover parameters.Ensure model information is updated in accordance with project BIM requirements and approved workflows.7. QTO and Construction DataSupport quantity take-off activities from BIM models.Maintain model data required for quantity extraction and construction reporting.Support the assignment of relevant model parameters such as:Work packageZoneAreaConstruction phaseWBS/CBS referencesUtility networkConstruction statusHandover areaProvide model information required for 4D/5D workflows when applicable.8. BIM Quality Assurance / Quality ControlPerform regular checks of assigned models before submission or coordination.Identify and correct:Modeling errorsDuplicate elementsIncorrect levelsIncorrect coordinatesIncorrect surfacesMissing informationIncorrect object typesNaming issuesModel warningsCoordination conflictsFollow project BIM Execution Plan, Model Development Standards, LOD/LOIN requirements, and BIM QA/QC procedures.Ensure models are suitable for the intended project stage and deliverable.9. CDE and Document ManagementFollow project Common Data Environment (CDE) procedures.Upload and manage model deliverables through Autodesk Construction Cloud / Aconex as instructed.Follow approved file naming, revision, status, and issue procedures.Coordinate with Document Control to ensure model and drawing deliverables are correctly issued and tracked.10.
