If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing detailed irrigation BIM models supporting design coordination, documentation, and construction across live UAE-based real estate and community development projects.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for irrigation systems including piping networks, sprinklers, drip lines, valves, controllers, and pump stationsCoordinate irrigation models with landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashesPrepare irrigation working drawings, schematics, sections, details, and quantity take-offs from BIM modelsEnsure models comply with project BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and company/client standardsUpdate and revise models based on design changes, RFIs, and site instructionsSupport preparation of BIM coordination reports and clash detection logsLiaise with irrigation consultants, landscape architects, and site teams to ensure model accuracy against design intentExtract data from models for material scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement supportMaintain version control and manage model data within the Common Data Environment (CDE)Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design reviewsRequirements:Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil/Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with dedicated experience in irrigation system modelingProven experience working on projects in the UAE is mandatoryProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and NavisworksWorking knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and BEP documentationStrong understanding of irrigation system design, water management practices, and relevant UAE water/irrigation standards
