If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing detailed landscape BIM models that support design coordination, documentation, and construction across live UAE-based real estate and community development projects.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for landscape elements including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and site infrastructureCoordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashesPrepare landscape working drawings, sections, details, and quantity take-offs from BIM modelsEnsure models comply with project BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and company/client standardsUpdate and revise models based on design changes, RFIs, and site instructionsSupport the preparation of BIM coordination reports and clash detection logsLiaise with landscape architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy against design intentExtract data from models for material scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement supportMaintain version control and manage model data within the Common Data Environment (CDE)Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design reviewsRequirements:Bachelor's degree/diploma in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with dedicated experience on landscape projectsProven experience working on landscape/real estate development projects in the UAE is mandatoryProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks (landscape-specific families/content experience preferred)Working knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and BEP documentationStrong understanding of landscape construction detailing, planting plans, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials
