BIM MODELER (MULTI-DISCIPLINE)

Disciplines:BIM Modeler – Mechanical (HVAC / Plumbing / Firefighting)BIM Modeler – Electrical (Power / Lighting / ELV)BIM Modeler – Structural

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Prepare detailed BIM models, shop drawings and coordinated drawings.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts.Ensure models comply with project specifications and BIM standards.Support BIM coordination and construction-stage deliverables.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Structural BIM modelling.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.Experience in Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage.Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400 and construction documentation.UAE project experience preferred.Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
