BIM Modeller / Draughtsman

Company Description CiviLanka Consultancy Private Limited is a multidisciplinary engineering, architectural, and project consultancy firm delivering practical and innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial developments in Sri Lanka and internationally. With over a decade of combined experience, the company offers end-to-end services from concept design and authority submissions to construction documentation, cost planning, project coordination, and site support. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller / Draughtsman who can handle both BIM modelling and technical drafting work.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.Develop and update BIM models using Revit and related platforms.Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, sections, details, schedules, and coordination drawings.Convert design concepts, sketches, and markups into clear technical drawings.Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, and project teams.Maintain drawing quality, annotation standards, layers, dimensions, and documentation accuracy.Support project submissions, revisions, and as-built documentation.

Requirements

Strong AutoCAD drafting skills.Revit/BIM modelling experience is required.Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.Good knowledge of construction detailing and drawing coordination.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.Software Skills:AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, SketchUp, or similar design/documentation tools.Work Type: Full-time
