This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhubaneswar and includes planning and conducting lectures, workshops, and practical sessions aligned with WorksProgram’s curriculum and learning outcomes. The lecturer will design course materials, real-world projects, and assessments that help learners develop job-ready skills and certifications. Responsibilities also include mentoring learners, providing feedback on assignments, supporting exam preparation, and collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve content and teaching methods. The role may involve coordination with industry partners to ensure training remains current, relevant, and aligned with professional standards.Qualifications Strong expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and workflows, including practical experience on real-world projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) and Primavera for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, with the ability to teach applied use cases.Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or lectures, preferably in professional or higher education settings.Ability to develop structured course content, learning resources, and assessments that align with industry requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms for content delivery, tracking learner progress, and providing feedback.Relevant academic background in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related fields; professional certifications in BIM, MSP, or Primavera are an advantage.Demonstrated passion for skill development, mentoring, and helping learners transition into industry roles.
