Scope of WorkUtilize the AMANA BIM platform to ensure effective collaboration across all project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors).Deliver BIM services in line with the agreed project scope and timelines, including:Revit modelingRevit family creationClash detection and coordination3D visualization and animation4D construction sequencing simulation5D quantity take-offs and cost integration7D asset and facility management deliverables (COBie)Prepare BIM deliverables in accordance with Employer Information Requirements (EIR).Perform QA/QC of BIM models based on project standards and LOD requirements (LOD 300 to LOD 500).
