The BIM Specialist will develop, manage, and update Building Information Models for architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring accurate representation of project designs and construction details. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating BIM workflows among project stakeholders, resolving model clashes, preparing and reviewing BIM-related submittals, and maintaining project standards and templates. The role also involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure model integrity, supporting project documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination to support multidisciplinary project delivery.Minimum 15 Years Experience as BIM Specialist / BIM Manager. Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and experience working with architectural and structural models within integrated BIM environments.Candidates should possess proficiency in MEP modeling and coordination within BIM platforms.Candidates should possess experience preparing, reviewing, and managing BIM-related Submittals and technical documentation.Proficiency in leading BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 or equivalent) and familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with attention to detail and model accuracy.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site project environment.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in BIM-focused roles.Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in GCC region is beneficial.
