BIM Specialist -Power BI

Job Title: BIM Reporting and Automation📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Digital Engineering🕒 Experience: 5+ YearsAbout the RoleDevelop and maintain digital solutions, automation tools, and custom applications that enhance BIM/VDCworkflows, standards, dashboards, improve efficiency, and support DHRE digital transformation objectives.

• Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and reporting platforms using data from AutodeskConstruction Cloud (ACC), BIM models, project controls, and other digital systems to provide real-timeproject insights.
• Develop and maintain custom BIM add-ins, plugins, and scripts for Revit, ACC, Navisworks, Civil 3D, andother digital delivery platforms to standardize and automate repetitive tasks.
• Automate project data validation and quality assurance processes, including model audits, namingconvention checks, parameter verification, BIM compliance reviews, and information managementworkflows.
• Integrate BIM, CDE, and enterprise systems through APIs, databases, and digital workflows to facilitateseamless data exchange, reporting, and project analytics.
• Support the development and implementation of DHRE digital standards, templates, and automationframeworks to improve consistency, scalability, and user adoption across projects.
• Collaborate with VDC, BIM, PMO, IT, and project stakeholders to identify process improvementopportunities and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Manage and maintain BIM data repositories, databases, and digital assets, ensuring data accuracy,integrity, security, and accessibility for reporting and automation purposes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for developed tools, dashboards, and digitalsolutions, ensuring effective adoption across DHRE project teams.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, digital twintechnologies, reality capture integration, and advanced analytics to enhance VDC capabilities and projectoutcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, InformationTechnology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a relateddiscipline.

• Master’s degree in digital construction, BIM, Data Analytics, or SoftwareDevelopment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, especially ISO 19650, and VDCmethodologies.Minimum Experience (number of years):
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM development, software development,digital construction, or BIM automation.
• Proven experience developing BIM-related tools, dashboards, and automationsolutions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
