This role involves designing and implementing analytical pipelines for DNA sequencing and other high-throughput omics data, performing quality control, and conducting statistical and computational analyses. QualificationsBasespace experience [must have]Strong Linux experience [must have]Nextflow experience is a plusHands-on experience with Sequencing workflows, particularly DNA Sequencing and related bioinformatics pipelines.Knowledge of common bioinformatics tools, databases, and formats (e.g., FASTQ, BAM/CRAM, VCF; alignment, variant calling, and annotation tools).Ability to document workflows clearly, communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Experience with cancer genomics, precision medicine, or large-scale omics projects is an advantage.
