Biomedical and Sales Engineer

About the jobAbout the roleWe're looking for an experienced Biomedical Engineer to support our medical equipment business in Dubai, with a primary focus on the technical side of our products.This is a hands-on technical role. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, PPM, corrective maintenance, application support, and user training, while also supporting the sales team during customer visits and product demonstrations.What you'll doInstall, commission, test, and troubleshoot medical equipment at hospitals and clinicsCarry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), corrective maintenance, inspections, and performance checksProvide technical and application support to biomedical teams, clinicians, and end usersConduct product demonstrations and user training at customer sitesSupport the sales team with technical presentations, customer visits, tenders, and product evaluationsMaintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentationCoordinate with manufacturers on technical issues, warranty claims, spare parts, and product supportFollow appropriate PPE and medical equipment safety procedures when working at customer sitesSupport product registration and regulatory documentation where requiredWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering5+ years of experience in medical equipment service, applications, installation, or technical supportExperience with patient monitors, ECG systems, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac monitoring, or critical care equipment is preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to work directly with hospital and clinical teamsAttested Biomedical Engineering certificateValid UAE driving licenseMale candidateAvailable to join immediatelyWhat we offerCompetitive salary as per market standardsCommission based on installations and technical supportCompany visa and medical insuranceManufacturer-led product and technical trainingProfessional development opportunitiesExposure to medical equipment sales, applications, and hospital environmentsHow to applySend your CV to hr@abadhealthcare.com with the subject line "BioMed & Sales Engineer - NICaS".Candidates already based in the UAE will be prioritized.
