The core team includes experienced medical professionals from leading institutions such as AIIMS, Maulana Azad Medical College, CMC Vellore, and the University of Minnesota, US.Role Description This full-time, on-site Biomedical Engineer (Service Engineer) – Diagnostic role is based in Gurugram. The role involves installing, calibrating, and maintaining diagnostic medical equipment to ensure accurate and reliable performance. The Biomedical Engineer will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime. Responsibilities also include supporting clinical teams in the safe and effective use of devices, maintaining documentation and service records, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards. The role may involve occasional visits to customer locations and close collaboration with healthcare and operations teams to support Hindustan Wellness’s diagnostic services.Qualifications Strong foundation in Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles in a healthcare setting.Hands-on experience with Medical Equipment and diagnostic devices, including installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.Understanding of healthcare safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures.Ability to interpret technical manuals, service documentation, and equipment specifications.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clinicians, technicians, and customers.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
