Biomedical Field Service Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Biomedical Field Service Engineer to join our technical team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate has up to two years of field service experience in medical devices and is capable of independently supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service activities across healthcare facilities.RequirementsThis position is open to Saudi nationals only.Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.0–2 years of experience in medical devices field service or maintenance.Hands-on experience in installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of medical equipment is preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and configure medical equipment at customer sites.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Respond to customer service requests and provide on-site technical support.Prepare accurate service reports and maintain maintenance records.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.Provide basic operational guidance to end users when required.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
