We are committed to operational excellence, customer partnership, and developing strong leaders who drive performance across regions.What’s in it for You?Leadership Impact: Manage and develop a team of 11 technicians across Kansas, Western Missouri, and Northern ArkansasStrategic Role: Influence operational performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growthCareer Advancement: Opportunities to grow within a national healthcare services organizationCompetitive Compensation: Salary + performance incentivesComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and moreAutonomy: Lead regional operations with strong support from senior leadershipWhat You Will Do in This Role?As a Technical Services Manager, you will provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and management for biomedical and field service technicians within your assigned region.Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a technical services team supporting customers across a multi-state territoryProvide strategic direction to achieve individual, team, and organizational performance goalsAct as primary customer contact to maintain strong relationships, resolve critical issues, and ensure high service qualityPartner with Divisional Directors, Account Executives, Operations Managers, and service teams to drive revenue growth, cost containment, and service expansionManage customer equipment records, service schedules, and contract data within company systemsOversee preventive maintenance, repairs, parts inventory, and equipment lifecycle managementEnsure compliance with equipment recalls, upgrades, regulatory requirements, and documentation standardsMonitor service expenses, inventory, technician productivity, and fleet complianceManage internal requisitions, purchase orders, and parts/supply inventoryMaintain accurate documentation for billing and regulatory complianceSupport district operations and step in for Operations leadership as neededRecruit, train, coach, and develop technical staff, including ongoing performance feedback and career developmentFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safetyManage and maintain operational budgets and financial performance expectationsProactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned
