Biomedical Technician – Jeddah (Saudi Nationals)

We are Scrub Valley, a Saudi healthcare recruitment firm. Our client, a leading hospital inJeddah, is looking for a Biomedical Technician to join their medical equipment team.Role purpose:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, calibration andsafety inspections of medical equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation and minimalequipment downtime.Key responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in line with approved schedules and manufacturer requirements
• Conduct functional testing and performance verification after maintenance
• Perform equipment calibration and maintain accurate calibration records
• Identify performance issues and escalate unresolved concerns
• Support healthcare professionals in resolving equipment-related technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections and calibration

Requirements

• Saudi nationality (Nationalization requirement for this role)
• Diploma/BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on biomedical equipment experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Valid professional licence (SCFHS classification or Saudi Council of Engineers registration)
• Professional working proficiency in English
