strategy, analysis, and methodology across clinical research, healthcare, epidemiology, and life-science programs.The successful candidate will manage biostatisticians and statistical projects, develop analysis strategies, review study designs, oversee statistical programming, interpret results, and provide expert statistical guidance to researchers, clinicians, and senior stakeholders.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in biostatistics, clinical trials, epidemiology, public health, medical research, pharmaceutical research, or healthcare analytics.🚀 What You'll DoDevelop and implement biostatistical strategies aligned with research and organizational objectivesLead statistical activities across clinical studies, observational research, epidemiological programs, and healthcare projectsProvide statistical guidance during study design, protocol development, sample-size determination, and endpoint selectionDevelop statistical analysis plans (SAPs), analysis specifications, and statistical methodologiesReview study protocols and advise on appropriate study designs and statistical methodsConduct and oversee statistical analyses of clinical, medical, epidemiological, and real-world datasetsManage biostatisticians, statistical programmers, data analysts, and external statistical consultantsEnsure appropriate application of descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, regression models, survival analysis, longitudinal methods, and other advanced techniquesSupport randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, case-control studies, cross-sectional studies, and other research designsPerform or oversee sample-size calculations, power analyses, interim analyses, and statistical simulations where applicableReview data-quality issues and collaborate with clinical data-management teams to resolve discrepanciesWork closely with clinicians, epidemiologists, researchers, data scientists, programmers, and regulatory specialistsDevelop and review statistical tables, listings, figures, and research outputsInterpret statistical findings and communicate complex results clearly to non-statistical stakeholdersSupport clinical study reports, research publications, regulatory submissions, presentations, and scientific manuscriptsEnsure statistical analyses comply with applicable GCP, regulatory, ethical, and scientific standardsMaintain appropriate documentation, reproducibility, version control, and statistical-quality processesReview statistical programming and validate analytical outputsDevelop statistical quality-control procedures and conduct independent review where requiredEvaluate emerging statistical methodologies, analytical technologies, AI, machine learning, and real-world evidence practices in statistical methodology, scientific integrity, reproducibility, and continuous improvement✅ What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Mathematics, or a closely related field5–10+ years of experience in biostatistics, clinical research, pharmaceutical research, healthcare analytics, or a related fieldProven experience leading statistical projects and multidisciplinary research teamsStrong knowledge of statistical methodology, study design, clinical research, and data analysisExperience developing statistical analysis plans, sample-size calculations, statistical models, and study methodologiesStrong understanding of clinical trials and observational researchExperience working with clinical, healthcare, epidemiological, or real-world datasetsStrong proficiency in statistical programming and analytical toolsExcellent analytical, scientific, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to translate complex statistical findings into clear recommendationsStrong understanding of the UAE healthcare, clinical research, and life-sciences environment is highly desirable🌟 Preferred QualificationsPhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related quantitative disciplineProfessional certifications or memberships such as ASA, ISCB, or equivalentAdvanced knowledge of SAS, R, Python, Stata, or SPSSExperience with CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and clinical-trial data standardsStrong knowledge of ICH E6 GCP, ICH E9, FDA, EMA, and other international statistical and regulatory guidelinesExperience supporting regulatory submissions and interactions with health authoritiesKnowledge of survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, missing-data methods, propensity scores, and advanced regression techniquesExperience with real-world evidence, health economics and outcomes research, epidemiology, population health, or precision medicineExperience applying machine learning and AI to healthcare or biomedical datasetsExperience working with CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, hospitals, universities, or research institutionsKnowledge of UAE healthcare and research authorities, including MOHAP, Department of Health Abu Dhabi, and Dubai Health Authority, is an advantagePrevious experience working across the UAE
