The company focuses on placing the right people at the right time to drive real progress for clients and partners.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Block Mason role based in Abu Dhabi. The Block Mason will lay, align, and finish concrete blocks, bricks, and related materials for walls, partitions, and structural elements according to project drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include mixing and applying mortar, cutting and shaping blocks, repairing and renovating existing masonry work, and performing stonework and brickwork as required. The role also involves reading and following construction plans, collaborating with site supervisors and other trades, maintaining tools and equipment, and adhering to all safety and quality standards on-site.Qualifications Strong masonry skills, including experience with concrete block laying and general blockwork.Knowledge of cement mixing, mortar preparation, and proper application techniques.Proficiency in brickwork and renovation tasks, including repair and restoration of existing structures.Experience with stonework, cutting, shaping, and finishing stone or similar materials is an advantage.Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow site instructions accurately.Awareness of and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in outdoor conditions.Previous experience as a Block Mason or similar role in construction projects; local UAE experience is beneficial.
