Its investment capabilities span equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies, providing diversified solutions across market cycles.Role Description The Blockchain Crypto Fund & Portfolio Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the research, construction, and management of blockchain and cryptocurrency portfolios. This position involves performing fundamental and quantitative analysis on digital assets and blockchain projects, monitoring market trends, and assessing risk and return profiles for existing and prospective investments. The specialist will help design and implement investment strategies for crypto funds, prepare investment memos, and contribute to portfolio allocation decisions aligned with Triumph Capital’s risk management framework. Day-to-day tasks include tracking portfolio performance, collaborating with internal teams on investment themes, coordinating with external service providers as needed, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also requires clear communication of insights and recommendations to senior investment professionals and clients.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and their applications in financial markets.Understanding of Cryptocurrency markets, token economics, and digital asset valuation approaches.Foundational knowledge of Cryptography principles as they relate to blockchain security and consensus mechanisms.Solid Finance skills, including portfolio construction, risk management, and performance analysis.Experience or demonstrated interest in crypto funds, digital asset investment products, or alternative investments.Ability to conduct independent research, synthesize complex information, and present clear, data-driven recommendations.Proficiency with analytical tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with market data platforms or blockchain analytics tools is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, blockchain certifications) are a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a consistent focus on risk management and client interests.Compensation: This position offers a salary range of ¥16,000,000–¥24,000,000 JPY per year depending on experience, fund-management expertise, digital asset knowledge, and portfolio strategy responsibilities.
