The role combines blockchain research, business analysis, technology evaluation, and strategic consulting to identify practical applications across different industries. Working with clients and multidisciplinary teams, the specialist will assess blockchain solutions, evaluate implementation opportunities, and translate emerging technologies into actionable business recommendations. The position also involves monitoring developments in Web3, smart contracts, tokenization, and decentralized infrastructure to help clients understand the opportunities and challenges of blockchain adoption.Responsibilities

• Research blockchain technologies, Web3 trends, and enterprise use cases
• Identify opportunities to integrate blockchain into business operations
• Assess blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications
• Develop blockchain adoption strategies and implementation roadmaps
• Evaluate technology providers, solutions, costs, and business requirements
• Analyze tokenization, digital assets, and emerging blockchain applications
• Prepare client presentations, research reports, and strategic recommendations
• Support digital transformation and technology consulting projects
• Monitor blockchain regulations, security considerations, and industry developments
• Collaborate with consulting, technology, and client teamsQualifications
• 2+ years in blockchain, technology consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and distributed ledger technology
• Familiarity with smart contracts, Web3, tokenization, or decentralized applications
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations
• Experience with project planning, business analysis, or technology implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage projects and work independently
