The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-level applications and ITSM solutions.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Remedy development and integrations, along with strong backend programming and database management capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using BMC Remedy (ITSM/Helix platform)Customize Remedy forms, workflows, filters, escalations, and Active LinksDevelop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java (J2EE/Spring preferred)Manage and optimize database operations in Microsoft SQL Server 2016Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production issuesDevelop APIs and integration services (REST/SOAP) connecting Remedy with other enterprise systemsWork on deployments, upgrades, and environment maintenance on Windows Server 2012Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application support, and business stakeholdersEnsure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practicesParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementRequiredCore TechnologiesBMC Remedy ITSM Development (Forms, Workflow, AR System)Java / J2EE (Spring, Hibernate preferred)Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance tuning)Windows Server 2012 administration and troubleshootingIntegration & ToolsREST / SOAP Web ServicesAPIs and middleware integrationVersion control tools (Git, SVN)ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Nice to HaveExperience with BMC Helix Innovation SuiteKnowledge of Linux environmentsExposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)Scripting (PowerShell, Shell scripting)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field4–8 years of relevant experience in software development and Remedy platformCertifications in BMC Remedy or ITIL (preferred)
