BMS System Engineer

BMS System EngineerKey Responsibilities:✅ Deliver BMS technical solutions using BMS/EMS platforms✅ Prepare technical documentation including point schedules, system architectures, drawings, BOMs, sequences of operation, FAT procedures, O&M manuals, and training materials✅ Conduct panel FAT and software FAT activities✅ Manage site installation activities and coordinate with subcontractors✅ Configure BMS servers, networks, graphics, controllers, and field devices✅ Develop and commission controller software using Function Block Editor✅ Perform system integration using protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and IP networks✅ Commission BMS systems, third-party integrations, and complete control solutions✅ Support testing, handover, customer demonstrations, and documentation✅ Collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and commissioning partnersRequirements:🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline🔹 3–5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC Controls, or Automation systems🔹 Experience with EBO and AS-P systems is preferred🔹 Experience with complex BMS solutions; data center experience is an advantage🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC applications including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, CRAC/CRAH systems, ventilation, electrical monitoring, UPS, generators, and EPMS integration🔹 Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and IP infrastructure🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills🔹 Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams🔹 Willingness to travel and work on long-term project assignments🔹 Valid Driving License required
