From ICT infrastructure and ELV systems to Audio-Visual (AV) solutions, Security Systems, and IoT & Smart Solutions, our offerings are crafted to enhance efficiency, improve safety, and deliver unique user experiences.Why Join Us?As a BMS Technician at ALEC Technologies, you'll be responsible in installing, testing, and commissioning BMS systems, including field devices, control panels, and communication cables, while performing point-to-point testing, supporting system validation, troubleshooting basic faults, and ensuring all work is carried out according to approved drawings, standards, and sequences of operation.Your RoleInstall and terminate BMS field devices such as sensors, actuators, and controllers as per approved drawingsCarry out panel wiring, ferruling, cable glanding, and basic control panel connectionsInstall field communication cables and support proper routing as per site requirementsAssist in installing BMS controllers, I/O modules, control panels, and network switchesRead and follow shop drawings, panel GA drawings, and installation instructions correctlyPerform basic point-to-point testing for field devices and controllersSupport testing of analog and digital inputs/outputs and system functionality checksAssist in identifying basic faults in wiring, devices, and communication issuesFollow project standards, safety rules, and quality requirements during installation workWork as part of a team and support senior technicians in daily installation and commissioning activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForDiploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field3 to 7 years of experience in BMS installation and commissioningExperience working on commercial buildings or data center projects is preferredBasic hands-on experience with BMS systems and field devicesExperience with major BMS platforms such as Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or Johnson Controls is an advantageWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to elevate your career?
