Team members collaborate with healthcare organizations that are ready to modernize operations through trusted AI solutions.Role Description The Board Advisor – Investor Relations is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for some work-from-home. In this role, the advisor will oversee investor relations strategy, including building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective investors, funds, and strategic partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational data, preparing investor decks and reports, supporting capital-raising efforts, and advising on valuation, deal structures, and market positioning. The advisor will collaborate closely with the executive team to refine fundraising narratives, guide long-term financial planning, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders. This role also involves monitoring market trends in healthtech and AI, advising on branding and outreach for investors, and contributing to governance discussions at the board level.Qualifications Strong Finance skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and understanding of startup and venture financing.Advanced Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret market data, investor feedback, and performance metrics.Demonstrated experience in Fundraising, investor outreach, and managing relationships with VCs, angels, and strategic partners.Marketing and communication skills to shape compelling investor narratives and support brand positioning in the healthtech/AI space.Prior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or strategy in technology or healthcare sectors is highly beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a distributed team and engaging with stakeholders in person and remotely.Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers.Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
