Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the Role A leading Saudi organization is seeking a Board Affairs Lead Specialist to join its CEO Office. You will lead the full cycle of Board and committee operations, from meeting planning and Board pack preparation to minutes, resolutions, and decision follow up. You will work with minimal direction, uphold governance standards in every session, and guide junior Board Affairs staff.Key Responsibilities Develop scheduling plans, logistics, and coordination tools for Board and committee meetings in line with governance timelines. Consolidate and review agendas, briefing materials, reports, and presentations from all functions to ensure completeness and coherence before submission. Follow up on outstanding materials so every Board pack reaches members complete and on time. Prepare, review, and distribute minutes, resolutions, and action item records. Coordinate follow up on Board and committee decisions with responsible functions and escalate delays. Maintain a central register of Board and committee activities, decisions, and follow up actions. Analyze decision outcomes to identify implementation gaps and corrective actions. Prepare periodic governance status reports for executive leadership. Improve governance coordination and documentation practices based on recurring issues and reporting observations. Train and support junior Board Affairs staff.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or equivalent. Master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or equivalent is preferred. ICSA or an equivalent Board secretarial or corporate governance certification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Board affairs, corporate governance, or company secretarial work.Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of the Saudi Companies Law and corporate governance regulations. Excellent minute writing in Arabic and English. Strong planning, coordination, and follow up. High discretion in handling confidential information. Confidence in working with Board members and senior executives. Experience with Board portals is an advantage.Interested candidates are invited to apply through this post.
