Role Descr</strong>iption The Body and Recovery Therapist is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on delivering high-quality body and recovery treatments that support guests recovery and regeneration.Day-to-day responsibilities include performing a range of recovery body treatments (such as massages, recovery therapies, body treatments), conducting pre-treatment consultations, and tailoring sessions to guests’ individual needs and health considerations. The therapist will maintain a clean, safe treatment environment, prepare rooms and equipment, and follow hygiene, safety, and ethical guidelines at all times. The role also involves explaining treatment benefits, offering aftercare advice, supporting and creating recovery and regenerative programs, and collaborating with reception teams to deliver consistent, exceptional guest experiences.Qualifications Strong skills in bodywork and recovery therapies, including massages, and recovery treatments.Ability to conduct thorough client consultations, assess needs and contraindications, and adapt treatments safely and appropriately.Commitment to professional standards of hygiene, safety, and ethics, with careful attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive approach to guests and colleagues.Organizational skills to manage schedules, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain accurate treatment notes and records.Relevant certification and diploma in massage therapy, bodywork, physiotherapy assistance, or a related wellness field.Previous experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or fitness environments is highly beneficial, especially in luxury or hotel settings.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet guest and operational requirements.Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
