Team members work in an environment that values technical excellence, safety, and long-term customer partnerships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Boiler Technician role based in Dubai. The Boiler Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, inspecting, and maintaining industrial and commercial boiler systems, including associated hot water, solar thermal, and pump equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, adjusting controls and PLC settings, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently within relevant standards. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals, preparing service reports, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and supporting emergency call-outs when required. The Boiler Technician is expected to follow all safety procedures, use appropriate tools and test instruments, and provide clear communication to clients and internal teams.QualificationsStrong technical skills in boiler installation, maintenance, and repair, including hot water and related mechanical systems.Ability to work with PLC and digital controls, including basic programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of control panels.Experience handling pumps (selection, installation, servicing) and associated piping, valves, and fittings in industrial or commercial environments.Proficiency in reading technical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics, and using diagnostic tools and test instruments.Commitment to safe working practices, knowledge of relevant safety standards, and familiarity with industry regulations and codes.Previous experience as a Boiler Technician or in a similar mechanical or HVAC role, preferably in the GCC or comparable markets.Vocational/technical diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field; trade license or relevant professional certification is an advantage.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage time and priorities independently.MUST HAVE VALID UAE DRIVING LISCENCE
