Team members benefit from exposure to advanced technologies, manufacturer training, and a dynamic work environment in the UAE’s industrial sector.Role Description The Boiler Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for the installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of industrial boiler and steam systems. Day-to-day activities include conducting routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, performing safety checks, and ensuring systems comply with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines. The role involves visiting customer sites, preparing technical reports, maintaining accurate service records, and advising clients on proper operation and maintenance practices. The Boiler Technician will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support project execution, provide technical input, and occasionally assist with commissioning related hot water and steam equipment.Qualifications Strong technical skills in boiler operation, maintenance, and repair, including familiarity with steam systems, hot water systems, and related safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics, with sound troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities for mechanical and electrical components.Experience conducting preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance testing on industrial boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and control systems.Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and industry standards, with a commitment to safe working practices and proper use of tools and test equipment.Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.Good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple service calls, document work performed, and prepare concise technical reports.Previous experience as a Boiler Technician or similar role in industrial or commercial facilities; experience with compressed air, steam, or process equipment is an advantage.Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering/technology; additional boiler-specific training or licenses are beneficial.Willingness to work on-site at customer locations within Dubai and, when required, other regions, including occasional overtime or emergency call-outs.
