Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 5,000 – 6,000 per month Experience: 5–7 YearsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related fieldWe are looking for an experienced BOM Engineer to join a growing team in Riyadh, supporting the development, packaging, and manufacturing of medical consumable products.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and control Engineering BOMs (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOMs (MBOM) throughout the product lifecycle.Review and validate BOM data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with engineering and packaging specifications.Manage ECRs, ECNs, and ECOs, ensuring timely and accurate BOM updates.Collaborate with Engineering, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.Maintain part numbering, revision control, and material classification within PLM/ERP systems.Conduct regular BOM audits and resolve discrepancies between design specifications and production configurations.Support NPI, packaging qualification, and product validation activities.Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams regarding packaging materials, certifications, lead times, and approved vendors.Prepare BOM reports and analysis to support cost estimation, material planning, and inventory management. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.5–7 years of relevant BOM or Product Lifecycle Management experience.Experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, or Food Manufacturing is preferred.Exposure to medical consumable packaging and packaging materials.Experience with PLM systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or Agile.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Knowledge of ISO 11607, FDA, and MDR requirements is highly desirable.Strong understanding of BOM management, data validation, material traceability, and revision control.Strong Excel and data-management skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in medical device/pharmaceutical packaging + BOM management + PLM/ERP + engineering change management will be highly preferred.
