Our teams collaborate across Data Science, Engineering, Product, Analytics, IT, Operations, and business functions to develop practical and scalable AI solutions.The RoleWe are seeking a Machine Learning Manager to lead and coordinate machine learning initiatives, support model development, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-focused ML solutions.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machine learning, data science, AI, or analytics professional looking to take on a broader leadership role in an international and remote working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate machine learning projects from planning through deployment and improvement.Work with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business teams.Define machine learning objectives, project priorities, timelines, and delivery plans.Support the development, testing, validation, and deployment of machine learning models.Monitor model performance, accuracy, reliability, and ongoing effectiveness.Identify opportunities to apply machine learning to business and operational challenges.Establish best practices for model development, documentation, testing, and deployment.Support data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.Coordinate ML model monitoring, maintenance, retraining, and optimization.Help manage machine learning infrastructure, tools, and technical resources.Support responsible AI, model governance, data quality, and risk management initiatives.Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Track project progress, performance metrics, and business outcomes.Stay informed about developments in AI, machine learning, MLOps, and related technologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, AI, analytics, or a related area.Good understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, and evaluation.Experience with Python and common ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is an advantage.Understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, model validation, and deployment processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good project coordination and leadership abilities.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, or production ML systems is a plus.Relevant AI, ML, or data certifications are welcome but not required.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement📈 Career Growth & Professional Development🤝 Collaborative International Working Environment💻 Exposure to AI, ML & Emerging Technologies🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Lead Innovative Machine Learning Initiatives
