Boomi Developer - EDI

Onstak Inc. is looking for a skilled Senior Boomi Integration & EDI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing enterprise integrations, APIs, and EDI workflows using the Boomi Integration Platform.This role will work within a healthcare payer environment, supporting secure and reliable integrations while working with technologies including Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Boomi, GoAnywhere MFT, REST/SOAP APIs, and healthcare EDI standards.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integration processes, connectors, and data maps.Create, publish, and manage REST/SOAP APIs using Boomi.Build and maintain healthcare EDI workflows, including X12 834, 837, 277, and 835 transactions.Develop data transformations across XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file formats.Implement robust error handling, logging, alerts, retry mechanisms, and monitoring.Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely production support.Support EDI testing, validation, reconciliation, and trading-partner onboarding.Collaborate with MFT/GoAnywhere teams on secure file exchange and automation.Work with database teams on SQL queries and stored procedures supporting integration processes.Coordinate with security teams on certificates, encryption, SFTP/FTPS, HTTPS, PGP, and other secure transfer requirements.Maintain technical documentation, integration dependencies, and operational procedures.Continuously improve integration reliability through monitoring, retries, idempotency, and preventive controls.Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on Boomi development experience.Strong experience with healthcare X12 EDI standards, particularly 834, 837, 277, and 835.Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and secure file transfer protocols.Experience working with XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file data transformations.Experience with SQL Server and database-driven integration processes.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.Strong understanding of SDLC, technical documentation, and production support practices.Awareness of HIPAA requirements and experience handling PHI/PII within regulated environments.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Onstak?Work with a growing global technology organization and international clients.
