Boutique Manager – Abu Dhabi

The Watch Scanner is looking for an experienced and highly organised Boutique Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique.This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury retail, delivers an exceptional client experience, and can confidently manage all aspects of boutique operations.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee the daily operations of the boutique* Deliver a high level of customer service and luxury client experience* Manage client enquiries, appointments and in-store sales* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients* Support the buying, selling and trading of luxury timepieces* Ensure watches, displays and the boutique are presented to the highest standard* Manage stock, inventory checks and product movements* Coordinate with the wider team on sales, marketing and client requests* Monitor boutique performance and support sales targets
