Boutique Manager – for Maison de CréationMaison 21G Paris | Duxton Hill, SingaporeMaison 21G Paris is opening its new Maison de Création in Duxton Hill — an intimate and creative destination where fragrance, craftsmanship, hospitality and human connection come together.We are looking for a passionate and charismatic Boutique Manager to lead this new space and become one of the key ambassadors of Maison 21G Paris.This is not a traditional retail role.Our Maison de Création will welcome private customers discovering and creating fragrances, international visitors, luxury hospitality partners, corporate clients, architects, designers and VIP guests. Every day will be different: from hosting a perfume workshop to presenting a bespoke scent project to a luxury hotel, organizing a private event or simply creating an unforgettable experience for someone discovering Maison 21G for the first time.If you love people, creativity, beautiful products and high-end customer experiences, this role is for you.Your RoleAs Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the overall experience and daily operation of our Maison de Création, with three key dimensions:B2C – Create Exceptional Customer ExperiencesYou will welcome local and international customers into the world of Maison 21G Paris and provide a highly personalized luxury experience.You will:Welcome and advise customers with warmth, elegance and authenticityUnderstand their preferences and recommend fragrances and scented productsIntroduce customers to the Maison 21G philosophy and fragrance universeDrive boutique sales while maintaining a sophisticated, non-aggressive approachDevelop strong relationships with repeat and VIP customersMaintain and grow the boutique CRM and clienteling activitiesEnsure every visitor leaves with a memorable experience of the MaisonFragrance Workshops – Bring Creativity to LifeOur perfume creation workshops are at the heart of Maison 21G.You will host and coordinate fragrance workshops for individuals, couples, groups, corporate clients and private events.You will:Guide guests through the discovery of perfume ingredientsHelp customers explore their creativity and create their own fragranceDeliver engaging and inspiring storytelling around perfumeryOrganize private workshops, celebrations and corporate experiencesEnsure each workshop feels personal, joyful and premiumYou do not need to be a trained perfumer when joining us — we will teach you our fragrance methodology and scent expertise. What matters most is your curiosity, ability to learn and passion for sharing.B2B & Hospitality – Welcome Our Professional ClientsThe Maison de Création will also be an important destination for our international B2B activity.Maison 21G Paris works with luxury hotels, hospitality groups, brands, corporate clients and designers to create bespoke olfactive identities and scented experiences.You will help welcome these clients into our Maison and support our team during presentations and meetings.You will:Host hotel, hospitality and corporate clients visiting the MaisonPresent our fragrance, scenting and product capabilitiesPrepare product displays, fragrance samples and presentation spaces for meetingsSupport discussions around signature scents, guest amenities, candles, diffusers, gifting and bespoke productsCoordinate follow-ups with our B2B and creative teamsHelp transform each professional visit into an inspiring Maison 21G experienceYou will progressively develop a strong understanding of our hospitality business and become confident presenting Maison 21G to high-end professional clients.Boutique ManagementYou will take ownership of the Maison and ensure that everything runs beautifully.Your responsibilities will include:Daily boutique operations and opening/closing proceduresSales performance and monthly targetsStock management and replenishmentVisual merchandising and presentation standardsWorkshop planning and reservationsCustomer database and follow-upTeam scheduling and supervision as the boutique growsCoordination with Marketing, Operations, Production and B2B teamsOrganization of events, launches, private evenings and collaborationsEnsuring impeccable service, cleanliness and presentation at all timesWho We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is naturally warm, elegant, curious and engaging.You should genuinely enjoy meeting people and creating relationships.You may come from luxury retail, hospitality, hotels, beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle or another premium customer-facing environment.More importantly, you should have:A genuine passion for people and customer interactionA strong sense of luxury hospitality and serviceExcellent communication and storytelling skillsCreativity and curiosityConfidence interacting with VIP and high-end customersA commercial mindset and desire to achieve resultsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage several activities simultaneouslyA proactive, agile and entrepreneurial personalityExcellent spoken and written EnglishAn interest in fragrance, design, hospitality and lifestyleKnowledge of perfumery is a plus, but personality, creativity and emotional intelligence matter even more.The Personality We Would LoveYou are someone who can make a customer feel immediately at ease.You know how to be professional without being formal, sophisticated without being distant, and commercial without ever making someone feel pressured.You enjoy beautiful things, but you are equally interested in the stories, emotions and people behind them.One hour you may be helping someone create a perfume for their wedding.
