Position Title: Boutique Manager – Luxury Jewelry Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: DubaiAbout the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.Job Description: Manage the overall boutique operations, ensuring exceptional luxury jewelry retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience.Drive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets, while monitoring key KPIs and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Leverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients, driving appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through effective clienteling.Lead and motivate the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, manage high-value transactions, and provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager / Store Manager within the luxury jewelry industry.
