This entity is recognized for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving strategic growth in the luxury market.Position: Boutique Manager – Luxury Watches & JewelleryLocation: KuwaitContract: PermanentKey Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing boutique team to achieve sales and service targets.Drive sales strategy and ensure exceptional client experiences for VIP and high-net-worth customers.Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to organize exclusive events and enhance brand visibility.Manage budgets, performance reports, and operational metrics to optimize business growth.Build and maintain long-term client relationships and implement client retention strategies.Represent the brand in the local market and participate in key industry events.Qualifications:Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in luxury retail, including at least 4 years as a Boutique Manager.Strong background in high-end watches and jewellery (mandatory).
