Even our distinctive fine blended, fine-flavoured and naturally decaffeinated coffees are produced using only 100% Arabica beans to give coffee lovers the widest choice, without ever sacrificing quality or flavour.The qualities that have made Bacha Coffee a legendary brand around the world also make us a great place to work: innovation, creativity, passion, and excellence.Job Description隨著 Bacha Coffee 持續拓展台灣市場版圖，全新精品門市即將盛大開幕，我們正積極招募前線營運人才，誠摯邀請熱愛咖啡文化、追求卓越服務品質的您加入我們的團隊。如果您對精品零售、餐飲或服務充滿熱情，享受與顧客建立真誠連結，並樂於在高標準、高品質的環境中成長與發展，我們期待與您攜手同行。在 Bacha Coffee，您不只是提供服務，更是品牌故事的傳遞者；您不只是銷售咖啡，更是在為每位顧客創造難忘而優雅的體驗。現在就加入我們，一同見證 Bacha Coffee 在台灣的嶄新篇章，將世界級的咖啡藝術與待客之道帶給更多顧客。Responsibilities - 門市主任負責門市現場營運管理與執行，確保服務品質、作業流程與品牌標準之落實，並與店主管一同達成門市營運目標。門市營運管理：規劃並執行開店與閉店作業，管理營運流程、門市環境及設備運作，處理現場突發狀況。服務與顧客體驗：落實公司服務標準，處理客訴並維護品牌形象與顧客體驗。人員管理與培訓：督導員工出勤、紀律與服務表現，執行新人訓練，提供工作回饋，協助店長排班人力配置建議。帳務與報表管理：執行POS操作與現金管理，完成每日銷售結算與帳務核對，製作營運報表，確保帳務與庫存數據正確。庫存與商品管理：盤點與控管庫存，管理商品損耗，維護商品陳列與賣場視覺。法規與其他事項：落實食品安全及衛生規範。執行主管及公司交辦事項。Requirements一年以上餐飲或零售管理經驗。具備英語能力尤佳。具團隊領導、問題解決及顧客服務能力，能以身作則，善於協調人際關係，具良好壓力及情緒管理與應變能力。須配合輪班、輪調及排休。薪資依學經歷條件敘薪，激勵獎金依照公司政策發放。工作地點為台北101門市及信義新光A8，報到後會先於A8進行培訓，之後依營運需求安排實際工作門市。Bacha Coffee is an equal opportunity employer.
