More information can be found at www.cobbler.ae and @thecobbleruae.Role Description The Boutique Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading boutique operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this position, the supervisor oversees daily store activities, including staff scheduling, task assignment, and floor supervision to maintain high service standards and visual merchandising. The role includes supporting and guiding the sales team, handling customer inquiries and service issues, and promoting repair, restoration, and luxury product offerings in line with brand guidelines. The Boutique Supervisor also monitors inventory levels, coordinates with back-office teams, and ensures accurate cash handling and reporting procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coaching team members, meeting sales and service targets, and upholding The Cobbler’s values of craftsmanship, professionalism, and hospitality.Qualifications Customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver a personalized in-boutique experience.Retail operations and supervisory skills, including staff coordination, shift management, cash handling oversight, and adherence to store procedures.Sales and merchandising skills, with experience in driving boutique performance, cross-selling services and products, and maintaining visual standards.Communication skills, including fluency in Arabic and strong English proficiency, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele and team members.Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or accessories, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role within the GCC or similar markets.Comfort working on-site in Dubai, with flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.Basic IT proficiency (POS systems, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn internal tools and processes.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
