We aim to provide a space where everyone can enjoy great food and discover new tastes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing / Box Office Manager located in Monrovia, CA. The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day ticket sales, ticket operations, communications, event ticketing, and customer service.This is an in-person position at our Monrovia, CA (Los Angeles) office, and you must be able to travel and work on weekends at our events. (Average of around 3-4 days at a time, approximately 22+ weeks a year).QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer ServiceExperience in Event TicketAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of ticketing systems and software is a plusPrevious experience in event management or the hospitality industry
