TCS is seeking an experienced BPM/Business Process Manager (Lead 1 / Lead 2) to support enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a global financial services environment.The BPM/Business Process Manager (Lead 1 / Lead 2) will lead enterprise-wide process transformation and operational improvement initiatives. The role focuses on driving end-to-end business transformation, process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of strategic programs within Asset Management and Financial Services environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple process transformation and optimization workstreams.Define and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives.Design future-state processes and drive end-to-end process re-engineering.Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes.Partner with business and technology teams to implement process and technology solutions.Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in Program Management, Process Transformation, BPM, or Operations Consulting.Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process re-engineering, and continuous improvement.Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.Proven ability to drive business process optimization using KPIs and metrics.Experience gathering and prioritizing business requirements and user stories.Knowledge of Agile delivery and Change Management methodologies.Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Asset Management or Financial Services domain experience preferred.Preferred SkillsManagement Consulting or Transformation Leadership experience.Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking.Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).Workflow Automation and Process Optimization.End-to-End Process Management Frameworks.LocationMexico City, Queretaro, Guadalajara or Monterrey.Work ModelOn-site.
