Job Title: BPM ManagerClient: TCSLocation: Guadalajara, MexicoExperience: 10+ yearsIndustry: Banking / Capital Markets / Asset ManagementJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced BPM Manager to lead business process transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset Management environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Process Management, process re-engineering, workflow design, and end-to-end transformation, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders.Required Qualifications10–15+ years of experience in process transformation, Business Process Management, operations consulting, business analysis, or process optimization.Experience leading multiple process improvement workstreams or end-to-end transformation initiatives.Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies, process mapping, process modeling, and workflow design.Proven experience in process re-engineering and continuous improvement.Strong ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective future-state solutions.Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data analysis to drive process improvements.Experience partnering with both business and IT/technology teams on transformation initiatives.Experience documenting and prioritizing business requirements and/or user stories.Experience working in Agile environments and applying change management practices.Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset Management is highly preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Management Consulting or Transformation Leadership.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement certification.Hands-on experience with Human-Centered Design and/or Design Thinking frameworks.Strong understanding of end-to-end Business Process Management frameworks.Experience implementing workflow automation, RPA, or digital process solutions.Experience working with large-scale transformation programs or portfolios.Strong ability to create compelling visual presentations, process documentation, and executive-level recommendations.Key SkillsBusiness Process Management (BPM) | Process Transformation | Process Re-engineering | Process Mapping & Modeling | Continuous Improvement | Workflow Design | Lean Six Sigma | Design Thinking | Business Analysis | Requirements Gathering | Agile | Change Management | KPI & Metrics | RPA | Process Automation | Stakeholder Management | Banking | Capital Markets | Asset Management
